If there were Deer like this in my neighborhood I would for sure shoot it. Even at the risk of going to jail or paying a large fine. lol

Went to the deer and turkey expo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well this is not really news go to the expo every year. Two years ago I was lucky enough to win a new horton crossbow. This year I entered a bunch of raffles. Tonight I got home and had recieved a message that I had won something at the deer and turkey expo. So I gave them a call right back and had won a phesant hunting trip here in Ohio for me and two guest. We have a 50 bird max and they supply a dog and guide. Can't wait between this and the man trip what a fall this won is going to be.

Getting ready for Idaho elk and bear hunt hope you all are too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went for a little 2 mile hike today with the family we stumbled upon a heard of buffalo. One of our metro parks has them roaming free at this time. I hope that all the hiking that I plan to do this spring and summer will pay off for the big elk and bear hunt. I can't wait to get with all the guys and get into the wild. It's all I think about these days you can ask my wife.

2 Doe down in Indiana

We have taken 2 does in Indiana. I took one a couple days ago and my buddy took another about a week ago. Both traveled minimal distances and had awesomely placed kill shots. I have seen a lot of deer here over the past week and the season is heating up with the cold weather. Another property that I have yet to hunt has had three deer taken. 2 does and one really nice 9 pt buck. I sure hope the season picks up for you guys down in Ohio. Sorry I don't have pics of my deer. I have some of my buddies, but right now I am too lazy to go get my camera. I can see it from my computer desk, but I can't reach it (Cuz I am lazy). My doe weighed 140 pounds field dressed and the other three weighed in between 70 and 90 lbs.
